Top 7 New Year’s Resolutions For 2013
Top 7 New Year’s Resolutions
New Year’s Eve is probably the best time to have a think about the past and see what needs to be changed for a better future.
1. Spend more time with your family:
When was the last time you visited your parents? How often do you have meals together? Work less and spend more time with your family as they are supposed to be more important than what you get from your work.
2. Travel:
Studying hard at school, getting a good job and working hard to keep it – it’s high time to give yourself a break and look around to see what is going on in the world.
3. Be punctual:
Get your life well organized for the next year to avoid unnecessary troubles. For a kick-off, tidying your house is a good idea.
4. Stop smoking:
Get rid of smoking is hard work, but it is not impossible. Failing to stop it for the first time doesn’t mean that you are not going to succeed for the second time. Be stronger, put more efforts in it and try again!
5. Learn something new:
This could be an instrument, a language or how to cook a special dish, anything that you are excited about but have never really had time for. Your life is not supposed to be full-time busy so there are always time for what you really want to do.
6. Go on a diet:
Sticking to a diet plan is hard; it is even harder when it comes to a holiday. Add ‘lose weight’ to your list of resolutions to remind yourself that you are not giving up.
7. Finally, accomplish at least one thing in this list:
If it is too tough to go for all these options then pick one and accomplish it!
